Italian Meringue class for two

Class will begin at 10am and typically end by 1pm





Italian Méringue is the base for many patisserie and confectionery creations.  Delights such as; marsh mallow, macarons and fruit Delices all use an Italian Meringue as the base.

In this class you will learn to make an Italian Meringue and discover how to use it to make beautifully finished tartlets and marsh mallow.

Take all your delicious creations home with you along with the recipes from the class
